Renter2Homeowner (R2H) is a housing advocacy organization that serves the Low to Moderate Income and vulnerable community members in their journey to home ownership from being renters.
The process of home buying starts by attending HomeTRACK – the online Home Buyer Education Course (HBE), and obtaining your Certificate of completion which is needed for FHA Loans / downpayment assistance.
The HomeTRACK online Home Buyer Education course is a self- paced online course that explains the home-buying process, with the various steps and eligibility criteria for homeownership. Upon completion you will receive a Home Buyer Education certificate issued by a HUD Housing counselor, that is needed for DownPayment Assistance. If you are seeking downpayment assistance you are required to complete the HomeTRACK online homebuyer education class. DownPayment Assistance is available to help with not only downpayment but also closing costs.
